Returning Members

All returning member families need to complete and update their member information and upload all photos in our system, ESOFT. If you do not have your login information for ESOFT, please email phsc9191@gmail.com and we will send it to you.

Member Resignation

Members that would like to resign from PHSC need to submit a letter of intent signed by adult members of the membership family and the original stock certificate by June 1st, 2024. You will receive a refund of your bond once we transfer your membership to another member. Please mail the letter and stock certificate to:
